It's so hard for me to express my feelings through words. I can write it in a very long letter but when it's face to face I can't seem to find the perfect words, I only complicate things, make it worse. So, I just shut up, cry if it's an argument with my husband, or just stare if it's an argument with a family. I do mostly that. Whenever I try to talk, my voice crack up, and they won't get what I'm trying to say. I'd rather write really... Is anyone of you like that, or close to that?

You should talk with people more often. Don't afraid of talking with other people.Make more friends to chat, not just listen other people. Maybe you can read aloud your written. That can improve your oral expression ability.

I am the same as you when it comes to this! I am able to express myself perfectly if I am given the chance to gather my thoughts and write them all down - this is they best way for me to get out all my feelings, especially if it is something sensitive or difficult to express. But if I try and speak, my thoughts get all jumbled and I'm never able to finish what I want to say! So I usually try and send e-mails or letters in order to sort out problems I may be having.

First if you can start speaking to someone amiable like siblings/parents/friends.Later as you start getting positive feedback start talking to hubby. In your close moments explain your difficulties and seek advise.I feel they shall understand your difficulty and help you.In the meantime don't give up writing. It could be your strength. There are many who write better than they can speak.

I'm close to that. I'd rather write my thoughts. And when in arguments, I'd rather not talk. When I talk, not so ggod wors came out to my mouth. And I end up always regret later what I said.

will its okay but you also have to speak sometimes becuase if you just have to listen everytime you have problem or anything it won't work out speaking and talking is a good thing also for you to express your feelings you don't have to rush or force yourself while talking all you need is to calm your self then focus and whatever you want to tell just speak it out.... becuase if you wont speak it out and yo just let it keep it on yourself will maybe you will get really depressed
