Hello elephantgirl28, please do not lose hope. I am sure you can lose weight in the long run, just have more patience. Just continue doing some exercise along with fruits and vegetables. Using this method would really have a success rate of losing more weight. Since weight is caused by fats that we eat, then we have to abstain from those foods that are rich in fats and bad cholesterol. If you are aware of Pinoy Biggest Loser, a TV program, per week, they are losing more weight with significant results. If you saw the first episode, they lose double-digit scores. Some lose around 14 pounds, some around 23 pounds, and so on. With that alone, you can readily say that through proper exercise, discipline plus proper diet which includes fruits and vegetables, you can really lose weight in just a matter of a week or a month. You can also try eating Congee (Lugaw) everyday together with extensive exercise like jogging for how many meters, squatting, bending, swimming, etc. You will be shocked that you are starting to lose more weight. Just do not lose hope. Happy mylotting and GOD bless.

Gaining weight after giving birth is normal. Regaining back the normal weight takes time. Don't lose hope. If you really have the motivation to regain your weight you could get it back. Try some exercise that suits you. Have a balanced diet. Be confident and maintain a positive attitude. I used to have bulging stomach not because i gave birth but because my body doesn't burn fats a lot. :) That is why i feel like a pig. I do exercise but sometimes i get so lazy. It really depends on your motivation. If you have a big desire to do something then you would surely have it. Goodluck!!

Hi elephantgirl128, Don't get frustrated, it leads to stress which will result to gain weight, harmon imbalance. Just practice yoga under some good trainer. Your health and weight will be in good condition. If you feel more frustrated please consult doctor, I say this because I was like this once before and am now taking harmon imbalance treatment. Be happy, think that you have to loose 30 pounds only, you can do it because it is not 60 pounds. First drive away your stress, it will be your first step to loose weight. Good day friend.

There's really nothing wrong with you. Don't give up hope. For some it's really difficult to lose those extra bulge. I like the extra bulge on my tummy but i'm not overweight. It's just one of those i got after i had my son and he's now 7 and i still have that excess skin on my tummy. But i'm proud of it. Try to avoid eating in between meals. If you're doing this already, just continue doing it and snack on fruits rich in vitamin c. Don't give up on your exercise, do sit ups if you can everyday or crunches if you are more comfortable with them. Walk or jog three times a week. Go swimming. Do the exercises that you enjoy. Get rid of those that you don't enjoy much. Do the exercises that work for you.

Hi. I havent been pregnant yet but I did gained weight and then gave it back and then gained it again. I found this very interesting diet and maybe you can try it for yourself too. You can try the Dukan DIet. Its a protein rich diet which has four phases... It is made my Dr Piere Dukan. It is not like other kinds of diet where you deprive yourself with other food. You also eat less but you have a big variety of food you can chose from. By the end of they four phases, you are free to eat whatever you want, but you have to give one day per week eating only protein rich food. If you do this for the rest of your life, you can maintain your ideal weight. Of course you have to pair it with a good exercise. It works and I am not marketing it. If you want the book, I can send it to you. Just PM me.

You have to balance your diet and also exercise. If you are not breasfeeding your baby anymore then you can start your diet with fruits and no solid food after six in the evening. With your tummy, you need to have a good exercise for that. But sometimes it really depends on your body structure. Diet alone works for me,once i eat less everything becomes small (hehehe) So,if diet works for you, then much better. But jogging or walking is also good to eliminate some toxins in our body. have a great weekend ahead jaiho®
