Forgiving isn't that hard, It's just giving away just one plain room in your hearth. Forgiving is giving your hate just a little room in your hearth. Forgiveness is a happiness.

Forgive when being victim of injustice, resentment against the pass than we did wrong, trying to feel towards that person mercy, compassion, benevolence. Safe and realistic we know that when we give, however, when we forgive, we realize that the person who has caused suffering, self-evident, the right to receive this gift - forgiveness. Often confuse forgiveness with trust, but they are different - forgiveness means taking a risk because you never know what is waiting if you can forgive. He who forgives not infrequently found that forgiveness is not suffering disappear, but the pain that remains becomes more bearable. Some are willing to forgive if they receive assurances that he forgives those that will change, but the first to learn to change is even one who forgives, and the first step to forgiveness is to admit you are angry because of the suffering that you was caused. But forgiveness is a moral obligation? I think it is Christian to forgive, but not necessarily required. Required is to be straight and not do evil, and forgiveness is a choice, a shift to a higher level of our consciousness, a self-improvement, a gift that you do to someone who made ??us suffer, a person may frankly do not deserve this gift, but we offer to our satisfaction. So why should we forgive? Because forgiving become better, free from anger and help us transform ourselves into destructive thoughts some healthier and more peaceful.

Forgiving in a way is freeing yourself. It is not healthy to keep walking around with hatred inside. Although it is better for yourself to forgive, it is not always possible. Some thing are just to hard to forgive. When you got betrayed for example, by your lover of by a friend. I think if forgiving is not an option, it is better to try to forget. Don't you think so?
