Apples! Apples! Apples!

We are always told that "eating apple a day keeps the doctor away". Literally, it means Apples give good health benefits that prevent us to get diseases. However, not all of us are informed what health benefits are we getting, do you?
Well, actually. i didn't know much about apples since I do not like eating apples. I wanted to have a healthy lifestyle and I have decided to eat apples. I read articles about apples and I have learned a lot. And these what I have learned:
Apples reduce weight. It prevents you from Alzheimer's. It strengthens your bones (prevent osteoporosis). It prevents cancer. It lowers cholesterol. It helps the management of diabetes. It is good for the skin though.
As I read this, it gives me a motivation to eat apples everyday. Well, I should start liking apples.
Do you know much about apples? do you like eating apples?
May we all have a healthy diet.

I agree that apples helps us lose weight. I have a friend who went into an apple diet before and did lost weight. She only eats green apples whenever she feels hungry. For like two weeks she lost a great amount of weight and I was even shocked. Her skin also changed and glowed.

really? Does she only eat apples? What's in green apples? I tried eating apples everyday but i feel like i am not losing weight.lolz. Think need to eat dozens of apples.lolz!

That's very good information you presented. Thank you very much. "An apple a day, keeps the doctor away" is a very popular saying. (My doctor may not like it though, ha ha !) I like apple fruit and apple juice too. I do believe in the health value of apple.

I love apples. It's the healthiest, affordable fruit for me. It's not too sweet, not too sour, and I'm not allergic to it. It's really good in increasing body resistance, it has fiber through its skin that's good for my tummy. also, I get my stomach really full by just eating one apple! If I was fat, I'd have one apple per meal then water and I'm done, really easy to get thin; fortunately I'm skinny but1 because I love sweets so much, the effect of apple on my skin is never noticeable, unfortunately. anyways apple is good for me and maybe for everyone too! Natural is always the best thing to go and not apple juice in cans or whatever that commercially prepared~
