Every female both wanna be beautiful, however god has not given a fair appearance to each girl. When they applied a job,the first impression will make a deep influence to the potential boss.Facing the fierce compete,a mount of girls wanna become beatiful through do a cosmetic surgery to make a good impression to the boss.i have read a report statement that there is a girl who was rejected to be a saleman just because she is short.this kinds of phenomenon is become more and more normal in the daily life.Cosmetic surgery has already step into our daily life.Facing that i wanna to ask it is neccessary to do a surgery in order to please your boss or superior, and outlooking is more important than work experience?

I'm not comfortable with a face lift, personally. I know if we had lots of money my husband would encourage me to get one, but I think it's too frivolous.
Unfortunately too many people judge you for what you look like, it's not fair. I like the online life because people judge you by your words/actions, and that's what it should be like in real life.
I think hollywood stars abuse the plastic surgery field. Too many surgeries can probably make the person even uglier, it has happened before.

People pay more attention to other's outlooking. However they has neglected the nature beauty.i am also like online life.A number of stars do the survey to attract audiences, however in my opinion ,they should spend their money into more useful yield.and as you said ,the surgery is not alway successful and if it failed,it would cause a destructive to their body.becoming a sunny people is better.

I would never get surgery in order to get an employer to hire me. If this is the type of person the employer is, then that is not the type of person I would want to be working for anyway. The focus should be on my capabilities and how I can help the company/business/agency rather than what I look like. I would understand dressing professionally in order to get a job, but surgery is a whole other issue. It costs money. Also, if I have to get surgery to please a boss, I'm sure a request like that from a boss would be illegal where I live. It's discrimination.
I wish that more people were satisfied with the way they looked, rather than chasing this ideal of beauty that doesn't exist in real life. There are so many people who are beautiful already that are going out and changing their appearance just to be accepted.
I know that something like this would probably be expected in the modeling world (and even then I think that it's wrong) but for regular everyday employment it would be a bit much for an employer to focus on your appearance like that.
Of course this happens a lot anyway. Many people are hired because they are beautiful and are treated nicer and helped out more sometimes because of their appearance. It's how our messed up world works.

I do plan to have something done with certain areas of my face in the way off future after all more important things are taken care of. Not face lifting but a little minimum surgery. Face lifting itself is a waste of time as gravity kicks in and you'll have to get it redone over and over and end up making a person look horrible. For things like sagging and wrinkling, facial exercise along with body exercise and healthy diet will be best. If I was told I need to get some major surgery like that to please someone else I'd just cut contact with them. I want to have it done for me. Not them.

If you are going to ask me natural beauty is still the best but YES I can accept face lifting....why not? there is nothing wrong with it...let's face it nowadays you must have an investment if you want to be competitive..you're so right, many of the employers are indeed look for the applicants with pleasing personality.we are now on the 20th century now to where so many proven, cheap beauty cosmetics/gadgets/products arises so the fault will be blame to people who bypass the chance to be beautiful.

there's so many successful person that didn't do cosmetic surgery just to get a job or excel in their field, and maybe if ever someone wants to have a cosmetic surgery it should be because they want to do it for themselves, maybe to correct some inborn imperfections, but they need to make it sure that they're doing that because that's what they want and not because their boss wants that, or just to have the job.

I agree. I think that if someone is going to get cosmetic surgery it should be because it is something that they really want. Even then I think that people should put serious thought into it. Sometimes many people get cosmetic surgery that isn't necessary. There are some times when people can't stop focusing on their imperfections and it makes them lead an unfulfilled life because they are always miserable because of it. It's a personal choice though, it shouldn't be a business choice.

on the one hand I can not accept it.face-lifting is good for you in a short term, but in a long period time it will hurt you.for example:the first, after face-lifting,you may not recognize yourself.second, you may change your positive atitude.
on the other hand,if you go to make face-lifting ,beacause of accident.I think it is necessary.

I would use all natural methods first but if i really felt that I needed a facelift, I would consider a surgical procedure even though I am not a vain person.

I am not really against this, but I still prefer the natural look... It just depends on the person, but someday, we just have to accept the truth that all of us grow old and our appearance and youth would fade a away eventually. Inner beauty is more important, character/attitude.

I would not consider surgery for myself. I am sure there are jobs that don't discriminate just as long as you are very good at something. And I wouldn't risk my help for anything so artificial and would rather choose to age gracefully and live a life without having to live with these unnecessary things.

Correction! there are wrong grammar by the way.
Still cosmetic surgery is demand now a days too.
Beauty is still at high market and need more demands. Cosmetics like make-up, etc. are at high streak but still people refer to more complicated solution.
Face lifting is one of them. High price means high quality and adjustable need of most women who want to be more beautiful.
Pleasing one's boss or what you called superior doesnt really fit to the point of the person's intimate desire to do face-lifting.
It is were people do express their own feelings and emotions whom their appeal are suppressed by their own image and beauty.
This is a life-one-take idea in doing face-lifting.

If I was told by an employer that i had to get cosmetic surgery I wouldn't take the job.
Our faces and our bodies are a reflection of who we are, and if someone doesn't like how I look then the reality is that they don't really like me, and so even if I went to great expense and trouble to change how I looked on the outside I would still be me on the inside.
I would go and look for another employer who actually liked me as I am, as I cannot see how, in the long run, anyone could work with an employer who did not like how they looked.

I think this is a question of values. First, the cosmetic is to pay, just like you pay at the supermarket for you need to buy. If you think you pay for something and then you harvest is proportionally, you can wish to consider. But plastic surgery is risky. Of course experiencs is very important. If someone do not have experience and ability, even she looked nice or perfect, that is not use.
But if you are a boss, when tow girls who have the same experience or ability, one beautiful, one ordinary, which one you are more willing to choose?
