I crave...
Always sleepy...
Always eat...
Super sensitive...
Easily Irritated...
Definitely not Pregnant....Not single and not married yet.
If I am not mistaken my hormones are out of order again, I mean its their time for their reshuffle that's why it's like there is a stampede of emotions I have.
It's pre-menstrual syndrome, that sometimes ends with dismenoriah...
I don't know why I had this now I don't notice this before...
Can someone explain or just give some opnion?
this a very regular moo of mine,

I have a period disorder as well. I used to have them so heavy that I had to live in the bathroom on that time of the month, in other cases I had them so light that I didn't need but just a panty liner. Other times I wouldn't have it for months, other times I'd only NOT have it for a week out of the year.
It's crazy. Diet has a lot to do with it as well as stress. Either way it's something you need to do something with. There are vitamins that help some, but others find going to the doctor helps, others think exercise helps them more.
When it comes to cramps, don't have too many salty or caffeinated foods a week before you're menustration starts.

Yeah, super crazy, When I am in my 3rd year as an employee this syndrome started to show up, I can't notice them before, like you I also had them so light and sometimes like powder, I skipped my date last month I think, I had them early days of the succeeding month, yeah, I also think this is stress, just the emotional imbalance thing I do not like, I get mad all the time, It's like there's always war in my house because of me...
Oh the cramps, thanks for the advice...I'll take that..

You're not alone girl!! I personally think 99.9% of the women's population is afflicted or has once in their lives experience that very bothersome PMS. This is due to the hormonal changes our body has before we actually get our periods. Also gaining weight, lifestyle changes and if your body clock has drastically been disrupted. Oh and don't get me started with Dysmenorrhea, I so hate it! For all the guys out there oh you are so lucky! Just imagine your pelvic bone splitting in half, spinal cord bending I don't know how many degrees, unending cramps and you're whole uterus (though you don't have one. harhar.) very much following the law of gravity. lovely huh?! Who's tougher now guys? =)

Lolz, yeah yeah, My boyfriend understand my periods that's why when i am irritated on every single thing I think, he just take me on a quite place, in a coffee shop something like that and have some chat to make me relaxedy though oftentimes I unintentionally yell at him mostly when he tease me...:)

mine can vary, from month to month on if i get any pms. i'm regular, but some months i get really bad pain and others it just comes. I got adheasions to top it off and they dont help at times. Then sometimes i can get pains bout 10 days out from my period. The other month i ended with bad pains, pain killers didnt really help and there nothing wrong with anything from what the doc said.

They said that sometimes we suffer pains on a situational basis, when you get stressed, fatigue or diet, and they said that it is normal, i got lot of advises from those who commented in this post. try to look at them too.

hi jelminrie oh thats one thing I do not miss, the periods and the grouchies as myhubby used to call them. Just before my period started I would be moody and worse, grumpy easy to lose mytemper
'over the slightest things. so my hubby would tread lightlyaround
me during that time.Once my period was over I was again my cheerful laid back self. Also I too got the nibbles all the time and for a diabetic thats something to be careful about. so now as a senior citizen I can cheerfully say I love it that I do not have to go throught that again. whew.

All of the things that you have mentioned are normal. It happens to me, I mean the last thing you mentioned. I easily get irritated. I notice that when I used to argue with my partner. Then he would asked me, "Do you Have?", then Im gonna check the calendar and realize that my period is coming soon. For the other signs that you have mentioned, it usually happens to my officemate. she craves so much for sour food. Just like pregnant.

Yes, they're normal, It's just weird right and sometimes, guys asked why they are not spared to be victims of their woman's P.M.S. :), my guy do joke about it but he really understands and sometimes, takes care of me when I really can't handle it...

My motnhly cycle is regular. However, I hate it when "it" arrives because I get so moody and I tend to eat a lot. These two are my pre-menstrual syndrome. I eat as if there is no tomorrow, and I find every singe food delectable that I want to put every single piece in my mouth. I also get irritated fast and get mad in a flash even on the tiniest things. I am aware of my pre-menstrual attitude but it seems so strong that I cannot control it. After my period, I am back again to my normal self.

Yeah, it's so hard to control, I also noticed one thing lately when I have "It", Just to avoid getting in to the not so nice mood, I just sat on one corner, not talking to anybody, but still irritated with their noisiness hahaha, my friends even asked me what's happening, I did not answer them back hahahah..

Hi Jelminrie,
Take rest, try to be positive, listen to pleasant music. First try some of these, if you are unable to be normal, consult doctor. Doctor will diagnose the exact problem and due to the proper treatment , everything will be fine.

Maybe you were just too busy before to notice that you had such pre-menstrual syndrome. It's normal to crave and get irritated. There's actually no difference in pms and pregnancy symptoms except the fact that in the latter you don't get your menstrual period.
PMS sometimes changes when one didn't have exercise. But if one regularly exercises then pms can be avoided.

PMS Changes when one didn't have exercise? a regular exercise can avoid P.M.S.:)
All things work together for good, I can hit two birds in one stone...:) I will exercise to loose weight and to lessen P.M.S., I want to avoid, monthly wars, my boy friend might loose his patience he's my shock absorber..:) I am glad he do understand...

It's completely normal to feel those bursts of emotions during PMS. My mood takes a huge blow as well when I'm experiencing them. I crave salty foods. I am impatient and short with everyone around me. Some women are affected more than others, and in different ways, but it's been known to cause these kinds of symptoms.
