Mage vs Rogue vs Hunter

hi, i have a lvl 80 mage, a lvl 80 rogue and a lvl 51 hunter and i was just wondering what would be the most useful class in raiding and pvping.
What class should i use? Or i could even create a new character

Mage vs Rogue? I believe Rogue vs Mage would be more helpfull as rogues are pretty much in a lot worse position in this duel.
