Last week I picked up the HitchHikers Guide to the Galaxy, This is a book that I read years ago and it was always a favorite of mine. The Pythonesque humor and the not so subtle winks at the reader just appeal to me like no other books have. I mean' really are there that many good books out there that are Comedies?? Tell me about a GOOD old faithful book that you just love to read. maybe I'll give it a try. Please consider that I probably won't read a mushy romance... Thank you.

Most of Stephen King's books are very good escapist reading, and they allow you to forget your troubles which is great because everyone needs an escape once in a while from this hard-earned world we live in. His latest book, which I enjoy reading was called the dome, and I recommend it to anyone who wants a good read.

I've got two favourite books. First is Ann Rice's Queen of the Damned and the second one is John Milton's Paradise Lost. I realise that first book is not everybody's cup of tea because there is some vampires and some paranormal stories as this book is continuation of Interview with Vampire. Second book is classic. I think most of the people have read this at school. It's about war in heaven and fall of angels. I'm not very religious person but this book is written in such beautiful style that I can't help it and read it.

oh but why not? hmm, I can't think of any then. I read those old mushy historical fiction and romance books, those western books, those cowboy books. I read James Patterson too (such a contrast!). There is one by Willie Nelson, I forget the name now, old frontier, texas ranger type book. I love it!
