can anyone recommend a phone with front and back camera GPS Wifi Capacitive Touchscreen minimum 400 Mhz processor minimum 256 MB RAM i am planning to buy one but a little confused with models I want a phone within 300 USD

you have to tell which operating system you prefer in order to give you some suggestions. But if you choose the android system, it is easy to find phones under $250 USD which meet most of the requirements you set EXCEPT the front camera.
