The Most Annoying Ads

I'm sure most of us here are members of one or 2 safelist mailers, PTC, PTR, Traffic Exchange sites and any advertising related programs, right? In as much as we don't like to read, listen or watch those ads, it has become a part of our daily routine in order to earn money online. But what I hate are those ads with videos and audio that play automatically. The ads that I hate the most are EZ-wealth solutions (by Ron Walsh), Skinny Fiber and the Text Ad exchange. Those ads are very annoying (especially the ez wealth solutions). 
Sometimes I close them out immediately if I can't find a way to turn off the audio before getting credited for those ads. How about you? What are the ads that annoy you the most?
