I was quite shocked that it got out of her cage this morning, my mom saw it crawling in the computer room, good thing I easily caught her and put her back in her cage. But now she's really restless and wants to get out again. Well, I guess all animals want freedom, but i can't have her crawling inside the house since she chews on anything, I can't even let her play in the backyard since she might get eaten....

You are right that animals want freedom, even if it´s dangerous for them. Those pets are not really domestic animals. People put them in cages, and make believe that they are domestic. They are really prisoners. The only domestic animals I know are dogs. Not even cats are domestic.

THere must be a wild place where hmsters can live in peace. I find horrible those cages with a sort of slave walk where they turn around all day.

Well... every creature wants freedom. Sooner or later you will have to let him in the nature. Many people keep their animals and don't want to let them free, because they love them too much. I guess the only think you can do is let him in the nature. If the creature wants freedom he should receive it.

Hello lady. When my kids were young we also had a hamster. It was a teddy bear hamster and a real cutie. She was always getting out of her cage. She could open the door no matter what we did. We finally kept her cage in the bath tub so that if she got the door open she was still confined. They didn't have those balls that you can put them in to give then more freedom back then. You might consider getting one for you little darling.

Good day lady,
Be careful in handling her,if I remember it right you have been bitten by her once.Maybe she is hungry or need a bigger cage for her to stretch out. What part of your house exactly did you place her.Since she is just one, I think she is looking for company. Have a nice day my friend.

THey used to have different tubes and such you could get to enhance their cages and give them something to do. I would look into bigger cage or tubes to make it so she can do something instead of set around. I feel sorry for animals that are alone too. If they had a mate they'd be much happier.

Yeah buy her a bigger cage and wheels and something and if you want let her out i mean we had a guinea pig before it was really cute and moved really fast and we let it out and it was really cute and she liked it.So animals need freedom like us sometimes i mean we are in the animal kingdom it will be really bad if we are in a cage just try sitting in a tight place for 10 minutes you will say it is not really good so let it free sometimes but keep a really close eye on it i mean follow it non-stop and such stuff.Wish you good luck and i hope your pet is happy.
