How about this information. Would it help you? When you have hair fall there can be something missing in your body. Or if it can be something you have inherited from your parents. Best would be to find out if something is missing in your body. I found this on Holistic online dot com A wholesome diet, rich in silica, calcium and iron, will help reduce or prevent hair loss. Green, leafy vegetables, especially sea vegetables, are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron. For women, thinning hair or hair loss can be a sign of a problem in the gastrointestinal tract. It could be a sign of insufficient stomach acids; It could also mean a deficiency of protein, zinc and other nutrients. Taking two acidophilus tablets after or between meals (four to six tablets per day) for two months will help.

I have been having problems with my gastro intestinal tract, and I have never read anywhere the hair loss can be due to this. I am incredibly curious about it, because I have bald spots on my head and would like to get my hair back. I do eat probiotic yogurt and it helps a great deal for the tummy, but I have not noticed any difference in my hair. Where do I find information about hair loss and gastro intestinal problems? Thank you.

Hair loss can be due to a variety of reasons, some including poor nutrition, inherited from your family and medical problems. If you can, visit a doctor and let them run some tests on you. Some illnesses can cause hair loss, such as hormonal levels changing or a thyroid problem. It is best to rule out any type of illness before beginning any type of treatment. There are places that will put a steroid on your head, and it will grow back. Minoxidil helps to re-grow hair. I am not aware of anything that would help the hair from falling out. It is very discouraging, as I have been losing hair for 6 years now.

Increased stress can absolutely help the hair to fall out. However, it is very good to not try to diagnose yourself. First see a doctor to make certain your thyroid is in good working order.

does increased stress and work load count into this list as i am sure that i eat well balanced food and i have no medical complaints, besides my parents in their youth were well known for their hair softness and thickness it seems.

I lost some hair when I worked with a company that used a lot of chemicals. Lucky for me just one side is a bit thin because I used to cover my hair when I walked through the plant most of the time. Where I lost all my hair was on my lower legs, all the hair fell out, so I don't have to use anything to get that area hair free, its all gone. This happened 14 years ago so I don't think it will ever grow back. My diet is rich in fruits (not a lot of vegetables, I should improve on that) and I eat a lot of fish and whole grain cereals, mainly raw oats, whole grain products, fish oil, vitamin e, c, d, calcium, ginkgo, ginseng, and a vegetable supplement because I don't eat enough veg. I only have fish and chicken and very rarely I will have a meat dish if I don't have a choice. I don't do anything special to my hair, just use a root stimulator and keep it clean. It doesn't fall out in excess amounts, only when I comb it a small amount is in the comb so I know its healthy, not breaking and the roots are ok.

My hair fell completly as I´m in chemo. But I understand it is not the same problem. My main problem is cancer and hair loss is just a side effect. Nevertheless, I don´t like looking bald so I started to get beautiful caps, scarves and the like. I just finished knitting a cap that is soft and warm as it´s Winter here. I would do to a dermathologist if I were you. But if a doctor can´t help, then next best is to cover it with something becoming.

I still don't have such a problem but you can always use some shampoo that will fix it or go to a pharmacy to check for something about it

these shampoos contain a lot of selenium based compounds which bleach the hair. i am afraid that is the main reason for my hair fall.

I am also experiencing this at the moment but I understand the reasons why since I am pregnant and my hormone has something to do with it. I just use herbal and organic shampoo and I only shampoo three times a week, not on a regular basis. I also eat foods that will help nourish my hair like fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. Other than that, may I ask if there is someone in your family that has thin hair or of the same boat like you, has falling hair, you may have inherited that also. There are really a lot of factors to consider, but if you think that foods and vitamins does not help you eradicate the problem, aside from not using chemically treated shampoo that harms your hair roots and you don't dye your hair or perm it, you better ask a dermatologist about it too.

Gosh! I do experience that too. I was about to look for a product where i can grow my hair back. I envy some model with thick and really nice hair. They can fix their hair whatever style they want and really look good.

I also had a problem with falling hair. Fortunately after trying a lot of remedies... I have it lessen now... Before it was really bad, I don't like seeing hair on the floor and I have to clean every time I see hairs falling off me. my mom in law made me oil and that helped a lot. It is a combination of olive of, danba oil(arab oil), hazelnut oil. With that, I also drank vitamin B12 or Biotin. It helps a lot and I hope it works for you too.

hi:) I don't have hair fall problems, but my father does,so he is using the aloe vera and someone also told him to use this certain product that helping to stop hair falls and also grow hair back. but I think it's better if you go to a dermatologist, at least they really know what's the right medicine for your condition.
