I am a technician in a college and we are always throwing students out for misusing the internet. If you are at home, you should call your internet provider. Some ISPs put parental controls into place. You are likely to get your account shut off if you use proxies, so I advice that you call them and tell them that you want the parental controls to be switched off so you can go on whatever you like.
