i know that life is usually not fair for most of us... we strive and do our best then we receive less than we expected... personally, i had experienced and still experiencing depressions, it is normal i guess... and honestly, (2 or 3 years ago) i had planned to commit suicide but faith to God had saved me from hurting myself... suicidal ideation is a stage of life when we think of suicide... i wanna know, have you thought of killing yourself? have you done this before? what made you stop this? recently, had you thought of doing it again? and what are the things that triggers you to give up and surrender? please share your thoughts, we might learn from each other's stories... thank you and God bless...
