You have nice suntan!!!!

This summer,I stay at home and do not go to anywhere!because the sunshine is very hot.when i go out, i feel burn. but today i hear someone said that you have nice suntan. so i feel that i can not always stay at home ,it is not healthy.so i decide to go out,i do some sport outside!i hope i can also have nice suntan!!!
i have a plan now.the plan is:
1.i must anointe myself before i go outside
2.i must drink enough water.
3.wear a hat and sunglasses
with me success ^_^

today i have do some sport with sweet already,it feel good,although sunshine is hot.i drink a lot of water,i also wear a hat,aha,everything is good.i will go on!
