Anger can be good thing in human life ?

Personaly I have experienced that anger is the kind of thing which motivates you to do that work which probably impossible for you before you are in anger. It gives you more strength and power to do whatever you never think to do before. But sometime it hurts much your relations, to your near and dear ones. But it is an spontaneous reaction of human body which cant be stopped by any means rather can be changed somehow forcifully. And I m the best example of it that I cant stop myself from making me anger. When I m angry, just angry, could not think anything nor do anything. The subject is echoed repeatedly in my head which is the reason of my angerness. And I cant not rush also from the subject. I cant not depart subject from my life too. What can I do then ? What m I conclud, Anger can be good thing in human life ?

Anger is never a good thing. It shuts down the natural endorphins in the brain and stops your natural immune system. It creates an unnecessary negativity in your body which slowly shortens your life by causing stress factors. If you are religious, then you know that it is a turning away from the teachings of your Creator. It is a giving into a deep selfishness. It is an unnecessary wast of precious emotions that could be used for joy instead of misery. It is better to find a way to deal with stress without anger...

You are not wrong anywhere Adoniah. But my case is something different although I m suffering from many problems due to my uncontrolled angerness. High BP, Increase of Heart beat and headache etc. Due to sudden angerness I usualy stay in stress whether personal life or proffesional. I realy want to control it, but how ?

First if angry can motivate you to overcome some troublesome questions that can be right of you. but if it lets you hurt you families of friends,you should control it as much as you can.when i got annoy,i like to do the exercise as deep breathe to relief myself and a seried of action i will calm down .you can have a try when you will lose yourself.May this method can help you. Anger is a powerful source in our being. Using anger in a good manner like doing hard physical workout exercises it brings a healthy tranquility in our being. Anger can also become a motivator to persistently working toward a desirable goal. then anger can be dangerous, if it is not controlled in a acceptable manner. Best is to know how to handle your anger in a healthy way.

Well if it is properly managed, well controlled and put towards the right side, Anger can be much much better than any other type of encouragement to anyone. But normally its not the case, people lose their morals, values and temper when they are angry and act foolish in one or another way.

Controlled aggression is ok, and you can make it work positively for you. Uncontrolled anger is just not good; it can put you into trouble. With practice you can control your anger.

Anger can never be a good thing in human life. In anger you do what you are not supposed to do. Then later on you being sorry for what you did in anger. I agree with you that anger motivates you to do the impossible work for you. But in Hindi there is a saying "JOSH ME HOSH NAHI KHONA CHAHIYE" and that's what anger makes you do. So in my opinion it can never be a good thing in a human's life as i am a perfect example of it. I am really a short-tempered person and i really regret for it.

Anger is a strong emotion, and nowadays I've been using it to motivate myself to exercise and in turn, my anger dissipates since I burn out the energy needed for that emotion. It can be a good thing only if one expresses it in a positive way like doing chores, reading, writing, singing, dancing, painting and anything else that would help us be more productive. We can't always avoid being angry but we can subside it by learning to make it work for us and not against us.

if you take anger in a good way maybe it's somehow beneficial, but many doesn't know how to control their anger and do or say something that they would regret when the anger was gone. I still think that it's nice to be motivated by something else than anger.
