I would Love to work somewhere where I would feel appreciated again. Sounds like you got a wonderful understanding Boss who is quite supportive no matter what you are going thru. Mostly, boss are distant if not too aloof when it comes to their subordinates. You can experience this especially in a corporate world. Ah, you are very fortunate indeed to have a supportive boss & does not have any hidden agenda for being kind. Mostly, the boss I have is super professionally stiff that you can't even smile at him for fear that he might stare hard at you. Others failed to be a just ruler but imposed themselves as rulers and some others are arrogant.

Wow that is great to have such a close relationship with your boss, I bet it makes work much more enjoyable for you. I think I'd have to say I have the best friends a girl could ask for. They don't take stuff (as in my crap) from me and straighten me out when I need it the most

hi eds, I always had a good relationship with my boss Even with my staff I let them feel that even I am their boss still they can consult me regarding their problems financially or not I will extend my hand in a way that I can. In any relationship communication is important one happy mylotting
