Would you get into a relationship with someone who you are not attracted to?

I was in a relationship where I didn't like the girl, it was way back. I had to make my ex jealous at the time so I courted this girl who, I knew, had a crush on me and easily made her say "yes". I know it was cruel but I was young and stupid. I'll never do it again because I saw how affected she was when I said it wasn't working out. She somehow knew I was playing her but still put her heart on the line.

i think if i am really poor already and no money in the bank or the pocket, i will be willing to have a relationship with someone so that my stomach will not hurt. but then it will still be a nice thing to really love somebody even without the money and gold :)

it mostly depends on what one wants out of the relationship. because typically, each person does want something... be it love, intimacy, companionship, partnership, financial or intellectual pursuits. as for me, after my most serious relationship ended, i tried settling for something that is with less emotional involvement but i could not continue on. it wasn't just the physical attraction that is missing, no matter how good looking and financially stable the guy is... i just couldn't be in a relationship with someone without the emotional attachment. i won't go for fame, money or career advancement. those are not my motivation in a relationship at all.

Hi, there! :) There are really such persons who would have a relationship with someone just for fame, especially for money.. I have known certain persons who are like that. I dont know.. If I would be given a chance to choose, I would choose to be with someone I love even though he don't have a lot of money than be with someone I'm not attracted to just to have money. :)

I could not force myself to be with someone who I find not attractive I mean not only physically. Maybe I just have other priorities like happiness and love not money and fame. I know many women and also men married someone who is rich and fame and not necessary attractive and intelligent. But this is their choice. I know myself and I could not do it.

Definitely not... I think it's so wrong to be in a relationship without love. Its unfair for the other person to get along the relationship. I am against it and no matter how big the money or the fame is at stake, I will never enter such relationship and lie about my feelings. Money can't buy love and fame can't give happiness...
