You're definitely right!
I'm taking vitamin e to stay blooming inside and out.haha!
BUT there is a big chance of hypervitaminosis if you've taken so much vitamins. Signs of hyper vitaminosis is nausea and vomiting, fainting, etc.
You have to take it like 3 times a week. I advice you to eat proper diet and exercise,it's the best thing to do. Eating nutritious food will make your skin beautiful and also drinking 8-10 glasses of water. :)
Happy mylotting..

Yeah i completely agree with you.
I have met with so many people who are freaks and they take pills more than the food. The best way is to have proper diet to fulfill your needs but you cant always get the proper diet. like if you are travelling or at some other place etc.

That was nice of you to enumerate the vitamins needed for a good skin as well as their sources.
I take vitamin supplements except for A & F. But i do eat a lot of the food sources of such vitamins as well as the other two. In addition, i take a calcium supplement for my bones.
At least through them in addition to exercise , i could more or less retard my aging. Don't you think so too?

But not only vitamins make us beautiful. We must be careful also of what we are taking, specifically we must have our balance diet.
