Law Discrimination in the Philippines

This question is especially made for Filipinos out here. But even if you're not, if you're knowledgeable about this subject your response will be very appreciated.
Do we have any bill or any statement of the law that tackles issues about religious discrimination here in the Philippines? If yes, what is it?

I have read about something like this, and back during a class in philippine government
I just couldn't remember what it was.
But I do know, that the government may not interfere with a religion, and the religion may not interfere with the government
But I think the problem lies within the individual, Catholicism has been most influential religion in the Philippines aside from Islam and Iglesia ni Cristo
And there had been a couple of discriminations among the catholic body and some of the smaller groups
