yes this is very true, you can even take natural supplements to make your sleep even better! like melatonin in which i take personally helps with the circadian rhythm in our brain. Makes you fall asleep quicker and stay asleep. It all natural no side effects so far for my self.

Natural sleep means it should not be through any pills with pills no one can get the sound sleep.There will consciousnesses state in sleep,if in sleep we are in that state-then we will have good sleep

What if we have insomnia? Sleep disorders? Did you forget about us or what? There is no such thing as "a good and sound sleep" only in your world and others who dont have issues with sleep. these natural supplements are from earth and for a REASON. Just because you have your little sound sleeps doesnt mean the whole nation does. Think about us.... i dare you tell an insomniac to have a good sound sleep. This a joke.....

A good sleep certainly relaxes and refreshes the body. With my full-time job taking so many hours each work day, by the time I go to bed, I am so tired and exhausted. Within minmutes after I get into bed, I would fall a sleep. And, it feels so good when I wake up in the morning after a sound sleep, so refreshed and healthy.

Before I had my children I had sound and better sleep than I do now. My daughter is a light sleeper and she can wake up in the night a lot. My disabled son needs catheter care in the night time. Therefore I can get interupted sleep during the night. I think I got more sleep on my travels when my daughter hadn't yet reached the terrible 2s.

Sleep is definitely needed for optimal health. When we sleep, the organs of our body get to rest and heal themselves. That is why we should sleep to give our organs time also to rejuvenate. If you still feel tired after an adequate amount of sleep, that signals something is wrong somewhere; because if you get the right amount of sleep each night, you should feel rested and rejuvenated when you wake up.

Correct!When you have a nice sleep, you wake up in good mood. You can think better, do better and have a better disposition for the day. That's because sleep helps in the renewal of cells.

yes you are right. Our body really needs 8 to 10 hours of sleep each day! I really feel good whenever I woke up from a deep sleep. It really freshen me up!

Before, sleeping for me is not a problem, but later I have some problem with insomnia. That is the time I have realized the value of sleep. Sleep seems so ordinary but its actually very important. Its a way to recharge our bodies and minds after a stressful day. For me to sleep better, I work hard everyday because the more tired I am the more I have a good night sleep.
