Apple Diet, is it Effective?

I am about to try the 3 day fruit diet but then as I search for 3 day Fruit diet meal plans I have read negative effects of it, such as diabetes, B12 deficiency, fish tape worms etc. so I canceled the plan right away, then I saw this one suggestion from a site www.everydiet.org which features Apple as a diet the 3 Apple a day Diet.
3 Apple a Day Diet Plan will consist, an a apple every before each main meal, the idea is the fibers that is in apple will lessen your appetite and will make you feel full, and satisfies your craving because of its sweet taste. I consider it better that the fruit diet because the only cons stated in the article was you might just get bored eating apples, and will not be able to be consistent, and it has many pros like it will help to lessen cholesterol level, prevent heart deceases, etc.
My question is have you ever tried it and how was it? If you have tried it how much weight have you loss?

the fruit to be weakening.
but just not enough fruit.
I think that a diet and exercise can help you download more weight.

I've tried it before. But, I easily get hungry so I stopped. Apple has much water in it so its like you're just having a water diet.

They said when you feel hungry under this apple diet just eat one apple so that your hunger will be satisfied

Only apple has nothing to reduce your fat,do you have the determination to reduce fat only depend on apple or any other fruit?It's diffcult to think that what will you be in the future,so you must have normal diet and do much more sports especially aerobic excerise!

Yeah I am planning to do some exercise but I really fail to wake up earlier than what I am used to, Now I'm goin to try the apples and have to go to gym this afternoon.

Yeah it worked really well for me I lost 5 pounds, but ou still gotta exercise to lose a lot of weight, You should do HIIT to lose TONS of weight. I've tried it before.

Sorry to say that I have not tried this so called 'apple diet' and I am not a strong believer in them. I do eat apple as a form of food craving suppressant but not to eat and lose weight. My advice to you is to take limited good proteins to help build your muscles tissues. Do you know that 'amino' acid in proteins does help to give you nutrients for your muscle to carry external weights and your own body? You should try to have the 1,2,3 diet meals. One portion should be fat of a good kind, two portions of proteins, and three portion of low carbohydrates. This will certainly make you lose weight. This is my take for now. OK? Thanks! Bro. Joe.
