Male or Female Boss....?

Which one would you prefer or most probably work with? or which one is most nasty or okay?

I also think that there are both male and female bosses who are totally jerks. I haven't had much working experience yet, but for some reason I think that it would be easier to work with a male boss. And I am a man by the way.

Boss is Boss, no matter if he is Male or Female,
It is preferable to work with a Boss, who is helpful, takes care of his subordinates(team), appreciates the good work, helps in the growth and helps to come out of
difficult situations.
But you can not always choose your Boss.

It depends upon the attitude of the boss, both gender is fine for me as long as they have work ethics.:)
