if you're having shortness of breath, tight chest, labored breathing, wheezing or lots of mucus after working a bit of fish oil could help. A reent study shows that when patients with exercise induced asthma supplemented with fish oi. they reduced their use of emergency inhalers by 31 per cent

Fish oil like omega 3 6 and 9 are great for a many things including inflamation. That is why it works so well for asthme since most of it is inflamation. I know it works for RA thinking and much more. I take "Oil Smart" as it is the best that I know of out there.
