Fruits are very healthy for you and don't make you fat.
Rather eat fruits than eat sweets and chocolates and cake and all those types of food because that will lead you to gain weight.
Fruits have all the natural vitamin and minerals one's body need and they give you the right kind of energy and sugars.Keep in mind that anything eaten excessively (I mean excessively) will never be good for you and thats counts fruits. So eat a moderate amount of fruit and you will be healthy and won't gain wieght!

Hi all let me just clarify on Excessive fruit eating.
I am talking about like eating 5kg's of fruit a day that are high in sugars. Not really likely that someone could eat that much fruit because fruit is a very filling source of food due to high levels of fibre found in most fruits.
But you never know, some people can eat alot and do eat alot and in that case it won't matter what you eat you will gain weight until you eat the amount of food that is good for you.
Stay healthy, eat right, and remember moderation is the key for everything.

Fruits can't make us fat. We can eat as much without losing our shapely bodies at all. They are mostly fibrous so they can even clean our colon and make our belly smaller. That is what I believe. They don't have cholesterol or bad fats that can make us fat. Even if the fruit you eat is sweet, that is all natural sucrose so it is still safe. The only danger in eating fruits is if those fruits are injected withe preservatives or any chemical to keep it fresh which of course will harm our health. So we must make sure we are eating safe fruits. Better just eat fruits from your backyard or organic fruits from trusted vendors only.

I don't think fruits can make you fat. I eat fruits in between my meals, to slim down my body. Fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals as well. They even contains anti-cancer and anti-oxidants properties which is good for our body. I think no harm to eat a few servings of fruits per day. it is much better than you spend your time into eating those crap foods which are unhealthy in the long-run.

there is a quantity to meet daily and should not neglect the rest.
the important thing is to balance everything, because we need everything, including sugar and starch, but must be known quantities.
since I'm diabetic, I had to learn to calculate quantities, and yes, the fruit can grow, because they also contain sugar and should never add sugar or strawberry p.exe grapefruit,or in fruit salads ... and bananas!

Fruits can't make you fat that I assure you. So you better go on eating fruits rather than those junks many people do love to eat. I do love fruits and one of my favorites is mango. It tastes divine so I would eat mangoes most of the time. Now here I am going to eat this ripe mango beside me now. Wanna eat with me?

Ideally, no food "is" bigger ... everything is a matter of dosage and balance ...
Then it depends on the fruit ...
It is always best if an uncontrollable craving (or the blues) occurs, to "throw" of the fruits (or vegetables why not) than anything else style chocolate cakes of all kinds, etc ...

Although fruits contain sugar over sweets and chocolate, there are less and certainly not of fat, even your dietician should be admitted as presented.

You're right it's better than sweet fruit like that because you bring more of the vitamins your body has, for attention against the banana (fruit the more calories) and attention Cherry (fruit as sugar) if changes dietician in my opinion ...

Each fruit contains different nutrition and calories. Some are high ,some are low.
For example,in the fruit banana and durian contain reletively high calories, tomato, waxberry contain reletively low calories.Once I ate 1kg waxberry in one day,I also ate other things, such as egg, milk, grain, vegetable, but only a few,and keep for a few days. But my weight have not rise. Each 100g waxberry contains only 24 calories,it's very low.But if I ate banana,my weight will be rise.
