what is the best traffic exchange site?

there are lots of traffic exchange sites out there, but most of the sites i joined don't give me the traffic i need. in some sites, i have 2000 to 3000, credits. but when i use them up, they only deliver about 3 or 5 traffics in a day. so bad.
do you guys know any site that delivers traffics faster?

Do you have Got Safelist account? I think it's a good traffic exchange site. It also allows you to send out mails to their members. You can use that for a change.
