Does captchatrader.com allow users who have dynamic IP address to use their site? I'm currently using someone else's internet connection which has a static IP. However, I'm planning to buy one of those modem sticks which I think uses dynamic IP but I don't know if I would still be able to log in captcha if ever I buy one.
