There are many ways of venting ones frustration. And each different individual would use different ways which they feel more effective to release the frustration for them. Some may go jogging, visit the soccer field and run twenty rounds! Some go swimming, play basket balls, or some outdoor sports etc. Some may stay indoor, pick up the phone and call a friend to "blah blah blah". Or, watch a comedy movies to cool themselves down. People like me would prefer to switch on the computer and play some computer games. What do you do when you are frustrated?

Whenever I feel frustrated, I'd write about my frustration. It's a big help when people comments on it. Another thing is that I listen to music or watch movies :D Sometimes, if it's something I can't bottle up inside, I'll ring/chat with a friend and tell everything to them. I don't expect them to give advice. I just want somebody to listen to me :)

Your ways of venting frustration are positive. My ways maybe a little negative. I would to eat a lot of food,or turn on my favorite song in a loudly voice.Maybe I will be alone in my room to calm me down and adjust my mentality.I also will write the unhappy thing in my blog to vent frustration.

Well, computer games work for me too. Sometimes I manage to raise my mood by playing some good action shooter game. Another thing that also helps me raise my mood is chatting and hanging out with my friends. I have a chance to share my problems and difficulties with my friends so I feel lighter after I have shared my thoughts with somebody.

Hi blogblog.. At times of frustration.. it depends on the mood, but I usually go for a walk.. when I feel better/calmer..I go back.. Or I just get on with whatever needs to be done and when all is finished, Ill train.. I just prefer to be alone really.. (",)

I vent my frustration by writing it in big bold letters on a piece of scrap then crunching it up and throw away the paper and stomp on it as much as I could. Or at times I would just cry on a corner or in the bathroom where no one could hear me and I would cry until my eyes are dry. Or if I'm in a passive mood wherein I just don't even bother doing anything about how frustrated I am I listen to angry songs where I could relate to.

What I do is that I punch the wall and kick the door. Then if I still feel frustrated, I go to an open field and shout to the top of my lungs. It feels refreshingafterwards.

When I feel frustrated I exercise about 2 to 3 hours. When I feel tired after that I know that there is no place for frustration anymore.
