I am very confused with Paypal Previously, I contacted the admin Paypal, because my limited account. But, I got a reply from the admin, that my Paypal account closed. I then asked the admin Paypal, if I could create a Paypal account anymore. Paypal answered, We appreciate your interest in PayPal. Unfortunately our decision to close your account is final. What should I do?

This is what i don't like about paypal, just imagine if you have thousands of dollars on your paypal account and they just closing your account without reason...:(
I never put a lot of money on my paypal...:)

I use Alertpay mostly and i like their service :)
I would prefer better service than lower fees...

hi, Mrs. Indah.
may be you use multiple ip addresses or you often change-change computer login time. so, paypal thinks there are other people who tried to infiltrate. it is not.

I would wonder why they had to close your account. Have you tried Alertpay? They may be able to help you. Or you need to find another one if there is to us.

Have you written the Administration and asked what you can do to re-instate your account? If you have and there is no way then you can only work sites that pay through Alertpay. I have never had a problem on Paypal.

Oh no, that is wrong. They should at least remind you before t hey close your account. Maybe you need to state a complain? Is there any complain section in Paypal?
I haven't tried to draw out my money from it, so now I should really think of doing it and ask what is the minimum balance to leave there.

I am with stine, I can't see any reason for them to close your account unless you did something or someone hacked into your account and did something..

I don't know about that, I contact paypal for a problem and have no response.. It had to do with adding another netspend account to paypal and I have heard nothing at all..

sorry to hear about it. why did paypal have to close your account anyway? maybe you could try opening another account with different email address.

Ohh no this is wrong but you asked the reason I think some experience mylotter will help you how can ask the reason. But friend now I am also worry about my paypal. Where are you now I have seen your discussion long time after.

why they want close your paypal account? what the reason?? try to ask them? hem try to ask they transfer your credit to your new account.

PayPal to my knowledge does not immediately close the account a person, they'll find out where the problems that exist in each account. Many unexpected things in this virtual world we sometimes have to approach them and ask why our account is closed or banned from PayPal. Do you know, I almost gave up because I don't have a phone number of PayPal then I try to contact them more than 10 times via email or even through contact us in PayPal to find the clues of my problem. I hope you can restore your PayPal.

You should ask reasons for termination of your account. It is possible that your e-mail Id or mobile number remained unverified by them.

I read through the discussion and wondered if you already took care of this. I see you were going to open a new account which is fine, but do keep in mind that unless you know the actual reason you may run into this again. My thought and only guess indahfth, is that when they say misusing, where you limited before and transactions were then not going through? If so they perhaps find it too much administrative work on their end and decided to close it.
Another thing is that if it was limited and perhaps monies were going in too often and or withdrawing too often maybe they feel it is again the administrative work. I do hope all has been resolved by now, if not let us know and maybe further help can be given to you.

Paypal should have told you the reason about the closing of your account. They just can't close your account without a very serious reason. However the reason is undisclosed.What a service from paypal.
