Do You Agree Telling Lies Has Become Practice Today & We Work Hard To Know Truth

Dear Friends
I wont say dont laugh yes you may if you feel like ...........
But this is what my experience today I found people gossip for long hours which consists of number of lies and they keep telling each other as if they were the best friends lol..........
But when I see such things in practice I keep worrying and doubting about what can be the truth I ask every time to myself is he telling truth or not this question is very common my mind ask to me so I thought why not raise this discussion
Why people today prefer to tell lie for small small benifits or avoiding small small efforts they will tell lie is it fact that to avoid many things including wokr we prefer a lie fitted at that place instead

Look at various governments and you will see reputations built on lies.
Anyway, lies start being negative but can also be positive specially when applied to avoid a greater evil. Yet, a wrong does not correct another wrong.
Everything in this world can be of both good and bad, depending on the intention and the interpretation of those involved. I was thankful of a lie that was said to me before because it saved my life, thought the realization came to me just recently. I am wrathful of a lie told to me a few years back, and it was a pure lie on something that was supposedly sweet (which turned out bitter)

It really becomes a practice in life. Lies was used in various ways. In me, I lie sometimes in order to avoid being hurt or to avoid hurting the others. I really don't want to hurt anyone, but by using lies I simply get out of troubles. But it your conscience will bother you whether it is right or wrong.

I think a story can get started and as it is passed along, it often gets exaggerated til not much truth even remains! So I always take bad reports about someone else with a grain of salt.

This world is a sinful world and the Prince of this sinful world is Satan. Satan is the father of all liars and hence those people who lie are children of Satan. Yes you are right in your observation that lying has become a common practice by many people. It has become their way of life and they are not even bothered. They will exchange truth to lie for their own benefit or to gain something out of it.Satan has fully blinded them with the truth and unless they start seeking for the light, they will never know that they are living in unrighteousness and in the path of condemnation.

yes you got lie lie lie and fly when this become practice definelty world turns to sinful even lying for small benifits is indeed shocking but we are living in such a world and I do pray to GOD to protect us from people who are hurtful beside being liars ......

Hi. Yes, I totally agree with you. Nowadays there are a lot of liars and fake people. Even those people who pretend they we're your friends their just pretenders and are real liars. We always have to be careful who we deal with, and yes even our so called fake friends.

I think people lie to hide something, or to make the conversations interesting, but lying is not a good trait, for me all i can accept is white lies, those lie's that someone said just to avoid fights, for me that's acceptable.

Ganesh If I really really knew what the heck you are talking about I would be able to make a better response. I think we have always had people who lie for one reason or another but i find most people I know even here are pretty honest. If you do not know this he you are talking about you have no way of knowing if he is honest and truthful or is just telling lies like so many old women gossips.
I dont think many p e ople do prefer to lie. Your discussion is a bit convolued so am not sure just what you are asking.

see read all other response to my discussion and you will come to know what I m talking about .......I do understand it sounds strange to you and so many thats why I raised this discussion ,its a strange happening here in India ,may not be in your country so u cant get what I mean but frankly speaking these days ,people are gossiping a lot ,interacting a lot but working afterwards to know truth ........
Yes I can make out from your response same is not situation around you ,..........
