death panalty, why dont you approve it?

As I asked, why dont you approve death sentence as a punishment for killers and murderers?
For me, I believe it is necessary to keep it as a proper weapon of the law to punish criminals. One should face the fear of death himself if he ignores an destroy other people's life.
On the other hand, one would be fearless for his guilt if there is no such sentence.

Punishing someone by ending up his life is not human, We all know that people who committed crimes are best be in prison. that's the perfect punishment for them having them isolated in one place for years... Having them killed is not a good way to punish them.
Although they committed a crime, ending up their life is not the solution. We are no God and we don't own their lives. God is the only one who can end someone else's life, it's not humans who have the decision to end it.
