Why our eyes close when we enjoy something from our core?

I have noticed it a numerous time that while I am enjoying something with my full then somehow my eyes get closed. Be it eating something delicious, thinking about my girl, kissing her, Reading something very very nice or any such thing.
I listened somewhere that the best moments in life can be enjoyed with closed eyes.
Does anyone of you feel the same or I am the only alien out here.

Yes I really did that also, because when I was in the situation I just let my eyes close and feel the moment. I can't think reasons why we human did that. Maybe it is really part of our humanity. And I think there is also an explanation for that.

It also happened to me. I think it does to others also. The main thing is when you closed your eyes then the whole concentration will go to what you are trying to feel. We always do that to feel as much as we can when we try to enjoy something. And also make it as a mark of that moment so that later we can get the same feeling of that when we try to remember that.

I feel also the same way.I want to add that we also close our eyes when we sleep and when we cry as well as when we imagine. We close our eyes when we kiss our loved ones.
This is because the most beautiful things in the world are unseen.
