How can I improve my English communication?

Read anything as much as possible-this could be newspapers, books, novels, catalogs, brochures of companies. Try and speak with people in English, rather than your local language or dialect (provided of course the person you are speaking with knows English). Speak with people who you know are good at the language. As far as reading is concerned, the expense involved is not much-you have a lot of sites that offer you a number of books by very good authors for free. You could also read e-newspapers - various editions of papers like the Times of India (http://epaper.timesofindia.com/index.asp) are available for free. You could read some of the back editions too. There are many ways to improve English, but the most important is that people should have the perseverance and the determination to do it ,without which nothing can succeed.

Practice, practice and practice. There is no other way than practice. Practice to speak, practice to write and read. I am still not good in English and always do my practice and sharpen my comprehension through reading and a lot of test,writing and try to speak it in correct way. When you read sentence in English try to understand how they construct the sentence in term of grammar and the use of vocabulary and practice it in your daily speech. Try to speak with the simple sentence first and slowly get to the next level. You will get used to it someday.(^^)

I'm too. I want to improve my English skill, special is speaking English skill. I try very much. However, I can't improve it.
