Will the Google+ defeat Facebook???

The concept of google+ merely comes from facebook, right? Google+ already gained 20M users in just three weeks after it's launch! On the other hand, 750M are active users of Facebook as of July 2011. Will this be a good competition after 6 months or sooner? Glad that I have accounts on both.. :D
