what's the star meaning?

as the title,i find there is a star with different color and numbers in front of some mylotter's name,can you tell me what's the meaning and how can i get a star?

The number indicates the number of response you have posted. In your case, you have now answered 31 topics. As with the stars, you would have noticed the positive (+) and negative (-) signs on the right side, that's the rating given to you by the person who posted the topic. If they like your response, you are given a positive rating. You can also return the favor by rating the people who responds to your topics.
I hope this helps. Keep on posting to increase the numbers and give good response to earn a positive rating.

You have too few posting to receive a star, after you reach the hundred post number, then you will receive a star with number one in it, then it will go up in place as the day pass by depend on the rating on you from other members. The number in front is the number of posts you commented; responded and started since you join Mylot.
