Many people have said that it is a legitimate, paying site. If you look back through discussions here over the last three years, you will find many people who say they have been paid more than once. It does seem to be a rather slow way to earn unless you have many referrals. If you have to pay $20 to surf its not a good site. Never pay anything up front because there is no way of knowing if its a legalistic site or a Scam.

I did join the site some long time ago, but never really stay on active with it. I do get credit when I stayed active, but never got to the payout amount. I think it would take a long time to get to the payout amount. You might try it out too.

A big amount for a simple task is most probably a scam. You can think with your common sense that it is not at all possible. Also there is another side that too much of task and little payback. That too is a possiblity of a scam. I have been in this internet money making for some long time and I think its time for a suggestion to you is the site you said is 100% scam.
