Do you love baking cakes or pastries?

I like and love to learn baking, that is what i really like in terms of cooking. Maybe because i really love cakes. I have no chance to try to baked because i dont have an oven to cook for it. but i want to baked sometimes and aside to fulfill my desire i can also use it as another way of income.

Hi there! I really wanted to learn how to bake. I just bought a lightwave oven- microwave-grill and steamer all rolled into one and am very keen to learn how to operate it so I can start my "baking journey." I am searching over the internet for some easy to follow recipes so I can learn the basics of baking without having to spend money in culinary schools. It has been my dream to bake a choco moist cake (poor me hihihi)and I really envy those who bake yummmy cakes "effortlessly." A friend suggested that I start with cookies, pastries like cupcakes so I can get a hang of it then later on explore with cakes and other complicated recipes. I hope you don't mind sharing some of your baking tips and secrets. Just reading your post makes me crave to eat those yummy pastries now. There's no denying that I have a sweet tooth. I do love to bake, especially around the holidays. Every Christmas I put together gift baskets for the family which consist of cookies, candy, fudge, and jellies. I finally dug out my bread machine and will be looking forward to making sweet breads.

I love baking but sadly can't bake that good. The last time I was baking was the time I burnt the cake on the upperside and was uncooked inside Anyway I love mom's bakings. The aroma is just so undescribable! I especially love the chocolate chip cookiess YUMMM
