Money tranfer : ALERTPAY to PAYPAL

I have verified account of only PAYPAL. I can withdraw the money I earn online to my bank account through PAYPAL. I'm not being able to verify my ALERTPAY ( I don't ahve credit card; have only debit card) Some online earning websites don't transfer the money to PP. But they payout to AP. Can I transfer the money from my unverified AP account to verified PP account ?
