I want skin white. I want glowy skin. I want to have a pretty skin. But how? Do you think taking glutathione capsule is a good idea? Is it good or bad? Is it effective or not? May I know who are taking it. I am thinking of taking glutathione capsule to make my skin glow. But I am afraid of side effects. Does anyone can tell me what glutathione is and it's side effects? As what I have researched, Glutathione contains free radicals that eliminates the toxins inside our body. It slows down the aging process. It helps the blood flow. It whitens skin. I am so excited to try this out.

I am really an advocate of having a healthy life style.I usually prefer eating fruits, vegetables and fish rather than eating meat.I also drink lots of water because it really help cleanse your body.I have a fair complexion because of my life style and not by taking Glutathione.

I haven't tried glutathione capsules too coz its a bit expensive I guess and I am also kinda scared that it has some side effects, but some says that its really effective. I think to be sure, you can also ask for a doctor's advice... A friend of mine achieve a nice fair and glowing skin by taking vitamin E and of course drinking lots of water and eating fruits and veggies...

Hi Tess! I too am interested with Glutathione. There are no bad side effects for this as it is actually an antioxidant. I havent tried it personally yet but it would be good if you would include vitamin C on your diet as it Vitamic C is a catalyst for the glutathione. Let me know how it works out for you!

the only side effect of gluthathione is that its good for your liver. It helps lessen out the toxins of your body and the visual effect of that action is making your skin lighter. I used it before in all forms and it does have effect depending on the form of intake. Gluthione is now in capsules, liquid gel form and injectible form. The slowest and almost no effect is the soap. The only way for glutha to work is to take it by mouth. The capsule is next in regards to time before u see the effect. it took about more than 3 weeks of taking a capsule a day before i saw effect on my skin. Next is the liquid gel, i bought it from a friend working at Aim Global. The liquid gel form is used two to three times a day by spraying it at the backside of your tongue. That took 10 15 days only for the effect. And the effect does not fade fast. The fastest is the injectibles because it is directly injected n your veins. The effect is 3 to five days but the effect may fade fast if u dont complete the normally 5 or more sessions needed.
