Hi lotters !
We all do come across a lot of people who try to boast off about themselves and what they have achieved. They try to act over-smart and show off a lot. Its really annoying to communicate with these people as its really-really hard to get something in their thick skull. You make a humble request and they ignore you as if you don't have any existence. They try to fake a lot and display themselves as far mature than their age and act as the busiest person on the planet as if they are the ones holding they sky from falling.
We all have my own method to deal with those bunch of clowns... :p
Our encounters with these kind of people force us to implement all sorts of funny ways to handle them.
Share you thoughts and ways you have developed to deal with them.

When i meet bossy people, i just listen to their boasting. But the next time around i avoid them like a plague.
I hate bossy people. They don't deserve friends.

Its really the best thing to do.
Ignore them, avoid to strike any conversation with them, even by mistake.
Though I agree, that they don't deserve to have friends, but still I am happy that they do. Because their friend circle too consists of similar kind of clowns, so it becomes really easy to avoid the whole lot. Thanks to human nature of friendship, all the garbage gets automatically assembled in one place.

Your feelings is all that matters, They are just trying to make you mad.
Don't let them get to you , take the better hand. Just walk away,
people like that family or friends , ignore them and maybe they well see them self . I have family that think they are better than me. If they can't talk to me like a person , then I just walk away.

I know what you re going through, i was thingking about the same matter last week. They really knows how to control us by their character. Why i said that because they manage to make us posts about them here. I now think that they are actually very sad and its the only way for them to make themself feel better. Most of the things that they brag were actually very mild and our commonsense quickly detect its a fake right?

Absolutely, the majority of their brags are detectable quickly. I really dont know whether they think of others being a fool like themselves.
I too am annoyed that I gave them this much importance by starting about a discussion about them. They really don't deserve this kind of attention.
But something has to be done to show them their true face.
Nobody has the right to bully others simply for his/her amusement.

when i encounter these kinds of people all i do is ignore them, but if i cant ignore i just always say yes yes and yes, because those kind of people all they want to hear is you praise them and you agree to them. no point in disagreeing because even if you're right they will still contradict you and just push what they think they know.

The one thing which annoys them the most is that when they don't get their desired attention or when they are neglected. Its absolutely meaningless to fight with them.
Its well said that : "Never argue with a fool, they will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience".
I too simply ignore them and enjoy what they have to boast about themselves. :p

haha... i've known many people like that... and you know what i do?? i listen to it until i'm bored of it. then i write it all down as soon as i can get my hands on a piece of paper and pen!! you won't believe what an inspiration it is to me!!
an inspiration to never turn out like them!! B)
plus one day... i will have enough material to write a poem dedicated to such a class of people... lol!! :D
