An author needs no more introduction other than mentioning his greatest work. Two of the greatest powers of an author are, "to make new things familiar, and familiar things new". Shakespeare, Mark Twain, R W Emerson, Sidney Sheldon, Agatha Christie, Dan Brown and many great minds have shared with us their treasures of knowledge in their masterpieces. The art of narration has developed and has become the most powerful tool in the hands of an author. Still, one of the most difficult challenges faced by modern authors is "originality", because apart from being tested on the basis of freshness in their work, they are also judged if they can say things in a manner they had never been said before.
