What a upset news.i am addicted to playing cards online.

I wasted almost five hours on playing cards online.i do can't stand myself.When i began to play,i told meself this is the last one i will play.however i have no motivation to exit the game.i don't wanna spend much time into doing this kinds of thing.i wanna do something which is useful.No matter it will widen my knowledge or touch new things both can be ok for me.without doing that,just playing in the internet.what a bad and annoy thing.when i recalled it,it really make me angry.however i can't stand the lure of playing card,what should i do?
