INDIA performance in today's practice match

I just want to discuss about the performance of INDIAN team in the practice match to be played against the Northamptonshire today. How will INDIA perfom and who will play this match will we see regular opners shewag and gambhir?

I do not know what shall happen in the practice match but I feel that Sehwag and Gambhir should not play. Firstly they are recovering from injuries. So they may require additional rest. Also the opposition may be wary of Sehwag, he is the unknown element. If he fails in this match the opposition will get a psychological edge over India. I understand though, that going into the third test, Sehwag will be out of match practice, but this is a chance worth taking and if he gets going the pressure will be back on England immediately.

both had played in the match and failed too hahaha
Rest i don't think so and match practice it worst to tell the player are mature and not kid so they need a match practice all time.

Hi,
The match is currently underway and the score reads 232/4 while I type this. Sehwag and Gambhir fell cheaply and the good news for India is that Mukund has hit a century. Laxman gone for 49 and my concern is with Dhoni's bat that has not scored enough runs for the team. He again has been bundled for a paltry 2 runs.
We need to bat today and also most of the first session tomorrow and give the bowlers two sessions to bowl them out. This will certainly boost the team and might start on a good note for the upcoming test next week.
Zaheer is in the team and will be eager to bowl tomorrow and try to strike some rhythm, the same will be the case with Mishra.

Except mukund again no other batsman score anything niether our captain dhoni who is so busy in the dream that he had won worldcup so he didn't need to do anything. As no body is performing good so how can his team will win, dhoni just took name out when team win and it has no contribution of him.
For sure batsman had failed now the test is for the bowlers what they are going to do if zaheer is going to bowl well and is in good shape then it will boost moral of team as well and the performance will come up.
