You have to eat the DARK chocolate. Like 60% or 70% Cacao. Not milk chocolate.

Yes, that's what i have read in a health journal. Just don't eat too much , it might make your blood sugar shot up which could lead to diabetes.

It is healthy as long as you don't eat too much or you will duffer reverse effects. And it depends because a lot of food that we eat can be harmful to our health and it cannot be corrected with eating a small amount of chocolate.

I read an article about dark chocolates being good for the heart because it has antioxidants that lowers blood pressure and cholesterol. But still, not too much because it's still a high-calorie and high-fat food. I'm not sure about the other chocolates though.

Chocolate is good for you! But not Milk Chocolate. You have to eat Dark Chocolate! Dark Chocolate has good vitamins and nutrients that Milk Chocolate doesn't have.
