What's a car that will alert you when any brake lights, turn signals, etc go out?

I am so sick of getting pulled over for stuff I can't prevent untill its to late. Such as brake lights out or turn signals out. I am trying to get a vehicle that will alert you as soon as these things occur.

I do not know of any vehicle that actually will do this, but if you do like professional drivers you will do a pre trip inspection of your vehicle and make sure that all the things are working before you leave. If you are driving down the highway and a light decides to stop working you can at least know that it was okay when it started. I do know that on one of my cars the arrow inside quits flashing for turn signals when something is wrong outside. It is actually your responsibility to check the lights etc. before you drive. It sounds from this discussion as if you have developed a reputation with the local police and they stop you all the time because you always have something wrong. It happens. You fall into a habit and so do they, of stopping you.

I drove a bus professionally and we did this twice daily, and again when we came back. Now it is just occasionally that I check it, because I do not drive very often, hubby does most of it. At home my vehicle was always backed in and when I would look in the rear view mirror and tap my brakes and run through the turn signals so I could see the reflections. Good maintenance keeps these things from happening. I do wonder if for some reason the police are targeting you, though, because I had that happen for a while as well. I worked at another young man at a different job, and he bought a used vehicle from someone who had had a lot of traffic violations. He was stopped a couple of times a week and he did not even do anything wrong.

roleez1,
I believe it is an important practice as drivers to perform inspection on our vehicle's various apparatus like headlights, signal lights and brakes which are very necessary for our safety.
While there may be some makes that will warn the driver of such malfunctions, I still would advise that we take it upon ourselves to do this ourselves to ensure that they are all working well.

Yep, you should get a vehicle that has those. You'll also get pulled over without those warning lights here. Those lights are important in preventing accidents on the road.
