Have you ever felt like this?

Yesterday, I was so excited about buying new clothes (over the Internet) and spent around five hours surfing the web. Later, I decided on one piece (lol, I spent five hours just to buy one piece of shirt... hahaha XD) and ordered it via a forum. I really really liked it. Today, I slept on the bus on my way to school. I woke up and suddenly, I don't feel like buying that shirt anymore. I had a feeling that I would regret buying it. I tried convincing myself that the shirt is nice and I should buy it but there is this feeling that stops me from buying. I think the enthusiasm of buying clothes just dies off that quickly. (and later on, I canceled my order since I haven't made payment yet. :D ) How about you? Is your enthusiasm as random as mine? :

Me too. But if I had paid the order, I would stop thinking about that.

Good Purchases - Shopping Items
Almost all girls are guilty of being fickle-minded. I do understand you because I myself have been fickle-minded over my purchases for countless times. I just can't make up my mind whether I would buy or not. Sometimes I'd regret missing the chance of buying something just because of fickle-mindedness.

I'm also like that at times. To cite an example I still remember that when I was still pregnant me and my husband went to a mall to purchase some stuffs that my baby would be needing. We've purchased an expensive feeding bottles set. I've chosen that brand since I've read from parenting forums that it is really good. After paying, my husband doesn't seem so happy about it. I've asked him why and he says that the set is quite expensive but it is okay since I've chosen it, it is just that he thinks we can make use of the excess money for some other stuffs if ever we have chosen a lower priced brand. I'm really uneasy at home and searched the internet for other good feeding bottles manufacturer. I've seen several brands that have the same positive feedbacks as what we have bought. The next day we have returned the item, made an excuse why we will purchase something else and bought a cheaper bottles set plus we were able to buy sterilizer and a baby's comforter with the excess money.

It is always a good idea to wait for a while and think things over before buying anything. It always happens to me. I had been an impulse buyer and once I get home I don't get the same feeling anymore and I have clothes that I have not even worn. And I feel like I am just wasting my money. I have become more frugal and think things twice especially that money is much more difficult to find nowadays.

I don't buy clothes online, but I sometimes feel the same when I go shopping, like just last month, me and my friends go on this department store because they are on sale, I chose this one pants and so decided that I will buy that already, I like it so much and when I tried it it just looks good on me, so we fall in line on the cashier and when it's already my turn I just realize that I don't need it and I need a bag more than that, so my friend is just laughing at me because I already been into so much falling in line on fitting room and on cashier then just realize that I didn't really need it in the end.

I can really relate to you. I would find something I really like to buy online and I would ages just thinking about it. As I think about, I'll get really happy and get that feeling of anticipation. But the more I think about it, the more I realize about the what ifs and then eventually, I'll decide not to buy it anymore. I really hate that feeling, getting excited about something and then getting over it, especially when you haven't even bought the item.

LOL I feel the same way sometimes! I mean - that's buyer's remorse you're experiencing for sure. I've definitely had the same feeling. I love RETAIL THERAPY - it's so exciting. But I've often times bought something that I thought would look really cool and thought was a great deal, and when I thought about it later, regretted the decision. At least you could cancel your payment and not have to go through the hassle of having it returned.

It does happen. It's like I am shopping for me and my kids clothes and later while on queue to the cashier and I am checking those clothes (my choice) I will start having doubts if I need those one or not. So,at the end,I will end up buying only clothes for my kids and not a single dress for me have a good day jaiho®

yes, i have had that feeling too. I was excited in going back to the mall so that i can buy the pair of shoe that i want but then when i went there the enthusiasm was gone and when i try to look at the shoe harder, it seems that i did not like to have it at the first place. maybe all of us girls have that thing, being indecisive.
