Don’t want allow to access internet for home account. But how?

It is Airtel broadband connection which comes to my computer through phone lines. so tell me now what can I do....

I forgot to ask you one more thing, what is the operating system installed on your computer? You may disable the network adapter on that computer for blocking the Internet Connection.
