It's been almost one year I'm trying to create a website but I am still don't know what to do.
I've learned a lot of stuff about web-design during this period: HTML,CSS,PHP,how to use Dreamweaver,Photoshop,FTP,webhosting...
I think these are all the tools I need,so,you may be wondering what's the problem then!
In fact, I'm confused, there are many questions running in my head, for example:
*a blog, a website or a forum?
*free hosting or a paid one?
*which template should I use?
*can make money whit this?
*more important:"what subject to choose?"
things like that, I think you got the point.
So what do you think? I really need your opinion, think you in advance.

Check out webs.com. I use them and I like it. It's free but you can also get a paid domain. They give you premade templates and you just plug in what you want. You don't have to know html or anything its WYSIWYG. They even have a blank template so that if you know how you can design it yourself. I suggest you start there and play with it and make something just to practice then you can go from there.

I would say, firstly you have to decide on the theme of your website, the purpose, what to promote, what to present, ans so on. Looking at your presentation, you are quite familiar with the website design and hosting services available on the internet. After you have decided on the theme, you can pick the design and hosting service.

First thing, you need to decide what's the subject of your site. Depending of the subject of your site, you can make more or less money.
- I think that, most of the times, a website is the best choice. Because, if you want, you can also put a blog or a forum on your website too.
- If you want that your site to be reliable, you need to invest a little bit and use a paid domain and hosting.
- Depend of your subject, you can search for specific templates. It's easy to find.
- Of course, you can win money with that. But, like I said before depend of the subject of your site.
What you thinking about? Do you already have some ideas?

Hey! I see you've pretty much decided you want to use an already made blog, but if you really want to learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc. to make YOUR OWN pages and realise your OWN ideas (and not depend on other people's design), I suggest you start by visiting these two sites.
First off, http://www.lissaexplains.com/ . This is for total beginners. The absolute basics of HTML and also some fun things for your newly made website!
As you progress and become better, try out http://www.w3schools.com/ , undoubtedly the most up-to-date and most accurate HTML tutorial site on the web!
Good luck and happy coding! :D
