I am having a hard time telling my best friend about how i really feel when she talks about her problem.I know it's her first boyfriend but she's always talking about. She manages to always bring him up when we're talking about stuff.I don't wanna hurt her feelings when I tell her to stop talking about her bf.What should I do?

Well, what are friends for, but to listen to what they feel in their life and maybe give their advises or opinions.
But when it becomes repeatedly boring, we have every right to tell them honestly that perhaps next time that subject should not be brought up again. If the friend asks why, then you could tell her, i prefer to talk about other things that could enliven our day.

Right, you have the right to tell her, true friends should consider for others at the same time.I was like your friend before, but when I realized this,I stopped and started to think for my friends.

That's correct. True friends should be honest of what they feel about things. Maybe you friend thinks that it's alright for her to talk about her boyfriend always because you are not stopping her. It's time to tell her so.

hahahaha! I know how it feels like for my office mate/ friend always do that, like everyday/every minute! hahaha
But she suddenly stops yesterday for having her own phone..She was busy with her corby 11 which I find really good!
Well, when I feel really irritated on her I'll tell her straight that I'm so fed up about her boyfriend, that my ears now got a problem..lol
She will just laugh it off..You can try to tell her in a joke way..:)

If it annoys you that much then you can always politely say to her that you don't like her talking about it. Although just keep in mind that she might also be hearing something from you that she also doesn't like so before saying something, make sure it doesn't backfire.

It sound really boring if it happens regularly and when there is no good reason why she should talk about it regularly. I honestly wouldn't be able to know what to do but to listen for the sake of our friendship. I would hope that she would get tired talking about it with and that I would just wait for that time. And in case it is too much, perhaps I would just try to divert the conversation every time she starts talking about him.
