blood sugar

I have diabets since 7 year, taking insulin daily 2 times.Past 2 weeks the sugar leve are too high. I follow strickdiet and walk for 45 dialy. I am VERY WORRIED.,. I am getting very thin and lossing wieght day by day. any suggestions?/
